My Journey

The Boy Who Knew Before the Internet Could Tell Him.

At 16 I started martial arts. Nobody in my family had ever done anything like this. No friend pushed me toward it. No book inspired it. Something inside simply knew, and I followed it without questioning why.

Martial arts gave me something I did not expect. Yes the body got stronger. But more than that it gave me a relationship with discipline that I have never let go of. When something is hard you do not stop. You breathe. You continue. That lesson never left me.

After three years I moved to resistance training. And in 1991 the jewellery career began. From that first day two lives ran side by side. One professional. One personal. In thirty five years neither one ever waited for the other.

Yoga came in 2001. Something softened. The hard edges of years of physical training found a quieter partner. And with yoga came breath, pranayama, which I slowly began to understand was not just an exercise but a medicine I had been carrying inside me my whole life without knowing it.

Flexibility is not just physical. It is a way of meeting life.

Yoga arrived in 2001 and changed the quality of everything. Movement, breath, thought and stillness.

In 2005 I went to my first ten day Vipassana retreat. I did not know what to expect. By the fourth day I found myself going back into my childhood, seeing things I had not thought about in years. By the sixth day something shifted in how I related to my own thoughts. On the tenth day when the silence broke and we were allowed to speak again I realised I did not want to. I was enjoying it too much.

When I walked out my father was waiting. We met and I was smiling but I was somewhere else entirely. I don't have a perfect word for what I felt. Everything around me was soothing. I could hear each bird. I could feel the air differently. Every cell in my body felt like it was singing. I was living completely in that moment. Not thinking about yesterday. Not planning tomorrow. Just there. Just present. It was the closest thing to freedom I have ever felt.

In 2013 I went back to Vipassana. Went deeper. And understood that what happened in 2005 was not a moment. It was a direction.

Anyone can breathe. Very few have learned how.

The gap between breathing and breathing well is the whole thing.

For thirty years I had been learning fitness from here and there. One gym to another. One trainer to another. Always searching for someone who could teach me with real depth and real precision. In Japan I had learned one thing that stayed with me forever. Whatever you do, do it completely or do not do it at all. That standard followed me into the jewellery industry and it followed me into fitness too.

So at 48 I enrolled at K11 School of Fitness Sciences. The average age in my group was twenty seven. Nobody knew how old I was, and I never told them. I trained with them, studied with them, and in the final assessments I was among the best performers in the group. I passed with Distinction in both theory and practical.

That moment confirmed something I had always believed but never had a certificate to prove. Age is a number. What matters is what you have been doing with your body and your mind all along.

More certifications followed. Sports nutrition. Clinical nutrition. CPR. AED. Back health. And in 2025 at 55 I completed an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. The circle that began with a sixteen year old boy doing martial arts in a room with no internet and no guidance was now complete. Body. Breath. Mind. Consciousness. All four understood. All four lived.

In 2026 I launched Arvayu. Not to sell anything. To share everything.

Born 1970. This is not genetics. This is a daily choice.

This body is not a gift I was handed. It's a set of small choices, repeated for forty years. The same choices are sitting in front of you right now.

The Manifesto

You Are Searching for the Right Thing in the Wrong Place.

When people meet me and say you look fit I always tell them the same thing. It is the same choice everybody has. You just need to get your priority right.

And they always say they don't have time.

I am always surprised by this. How can a person not have time for the one thing that makes everything else possible?

Think about what your body is doing right now without you asking it to. Your heart is beating without missing a single beat. Your blood is circulating. Your lungs are breathing. Your organs are working in complete synchronisation from sunrise to sunset. Automatically. Silently. Perfectly. They never complain. They never go on strike. They simply serve you every single moment of every single day.

And we take it completely for granted.

We are so focused on the outside world. Gathering things. Building status. Chasing something out there that always seems just out of reach. We give our best hours to everything except the one thing that makes those hours possible.

Your body came first. Before your career. Before your responsibilities. Before everything. And once the body is gone everything else goes with it.

Nobody is too busy. Everyone has the same twenty four hours. The question is simply what you choose to put first.

I was a sixteen year old boy with no guidance, no internet and no example around me who somehow understood this instinctively. I cannot explain where that knowing came from. But I followed it. And forty years later I am still following it.

You are an adult with access to everything. Every piece of knowledge. Every practice. Every tool.

The only thing between you and a completely different life is a decision about what matters most.

Your body is not asking for much. Just a little attention. A little respect. A little time.

That is not too much to ask.

The choice has always been yours.

Tools I Built

Two Ways to See Yourself More Clearly

Why I Built TrueAge

Launching Soon

What is Your Real Biological Age?

I was born in 1970. For years people have looked at me and guessed my age as somewhere in my early forties. That gap between what the calendar says and what the body shows is not an accident. It is the result of choices made consistently over decades.

Chronological age is just a number. Biological age is the truth your body is living. Most people have never stopped to ask which one they actually are.

I built TrueAge to help you find out. Not to frighten you. Not to sell you anything. Simply to show you where you stand today, and give you a clear natural roadmap to start closing the gap between the age on your passport and the age your body is living.

Explore TrueAge

Health, Mind and Wealth are not separate systems. They rise and fall together.

Launching Soon

Your Real Wealth is Not in Your Bank Account.

We spend our careers building financial net worth. But what is money without a healthy body to enjoy it? What is success without a calm and clear mind to appreciate it?

True net worth has three dimensions. Your physical health, your mental clarity and your financial stability. When one falls the others follow. When one rises it lifts the others.

UNW helps you measure all three together and see the complete picture of your life's value, not just the number in your bank account.
